Carine Mbembi Whyte, CEO of Natural Darlings and Founder of AfroHairCandy Group, is a passionate advocate for natural beauty and wellness. With deep roots in her African heritage, Carine began her journey after her mother’s battle with melanoma inspired her to create Organic products free of chemicals. Her passion for creating products specifically for melanated babies was further enhanced by the birth of her twins in 2009.  Drawing on traditional knowledge passed down from generations in the Congo and her background in science, Carine has pioneered in the development of cosmetic products that are 100% Chemical Free, Organic and Natural handmade from only Plants, Seeds, Oils, Herbs and even Spices.
